To support the growth of the company, LBC is recruiting for the following position, to work from our office in Lisbon (hybrid model).
LBC is a business consulting and digital transformation company, with a training academy to serve clients, with experience in more than 1.000 projects in 17 countries and with more than 20 multilateral entities, such as the WB, UN, AfDB, among others.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in a global management strategy consulting firm (like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte) with a proven track record of success in driving organizational performance
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization
- High level of adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Deep understanding of technology trends, AI, tools, frameworks and best practices in the industry (cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development methodologies, and more)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive for results and a focus on creating value for stakeholders
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
RESPONSABILITIES
The selected person will report to the CEO and the IT Manager and support the project management and the commercial teams with technical expertise.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the LBC portfolio of business
- Act as a key advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making
- Drive the execution of critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Coordinate and manage communication between various teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Oversee the preparation of materials for board meetings, presentations, and other engagements
- Manage and optimize CEO’s schedule, ensuring his time is allocated effectively and efficiently
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across the organization
- Act as a representative of LBC in internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.
This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. We will support relocation (immigration visa, housing, etc.) needs if required.
